Re: Kombucha Tea

Thank you for this excellent information! After I move into my new place in a couple of weeks (and have something besides a novelty kitchen, haha), I plan to start a kombucha colony.

I haven't see the GTS kombucha at my local health food store, but they do carry Synergy kombucha drinks, will those work as a starter colony?
