cool pings in joints since the MC?

i posted this in the Master-Cleanse forum. but i thought someone could answer me here too.:


well i have been getting better and better since my cleanse. i cant wait to do another as soon as it warms up.
one of the major issues i was dealing with was joint pain.
since my cleanse every once inwhile i will get cool pings in my knee and wrist. it doesnt hurt it actually feels good. it reminds me of the feeling of when i had to get steroids injected into my arm to treat extreme swelling from poison sumac.

anyway...i just wondered if anyone knew what this was or experienced it also.
