I heard of Urine Therapy in the 90s and tried it and thought yuk
Then I had a very severe flue which would not go Suspect was poisoned by chemicals under house where I was staying as he was under house clearing termites and I am sure he lied about not using anything I had had it for 6 weeks and 3 days after trying urine I was well again
So I continued I had had trouble with recurring threadworms ever since working in a kitchen where a cat had free rein They seemed to come back every 6 months ie never really went for years whatever I did After some urine weeks I never had them again My skin was better and my digestion was better than it had been for years I met a lady well on in years who used it to wash her hair in as it is so soft Put a nice drop of ess oil in the rinse water tho I think I drank more than I needed at a time It was the morning pick me up I do not need it so much now so dropped it for a year but feel the difference and am goin back to about a whisky glass of msu a day I also like to swish it round my teeth in the morning to help my gums and teeth
I do not eat meat when I do it - only one small weak coffee a day and I do not smoke or eat any junk food at all I eat very simply and take spirulina So for me it works Tweet
