I've been a high raw food vegan for about 1.5 years
I was a cooked vegan B4 that for about 10
I just did my 3rd MC/juice fast
I lasted 7 days, then craved water melon so I ate 1/2 a whole large watermelon.
today I had the other 1/2 and a honey doo melon as well
I am only cravig fruit.
I think I'm going to do a fruit diet for the month of july.
I just bought 4 HUGE watermelons!
My concern is
a) I am a long distance runner - endurance after the Sugar buzz
b) my teeth
c) I teach bodypump at goodlife - what about muscle recovery?
