I currently appreciate one type of fruit per day, never eating before I feel hungry (which is generally after 2pm). Thus far I have enjoyed two afternoons of dates, one of pineapple, one of raisins (in which I only ate two handfuls of raisins and experienced a rather extreme intestinal push) and today is my apple afternoon prior to tomorrow's liver flush.

You must be wary of how often you eat as well as the quantity, as it proves detrimental when combining foods incorrectly, as it does when eating too much of even the best of foods; plus, a large portion of fruit is unnecessary as there are enough minerals in two or three dates to last one the day.

As for, "when I finally get to 100% fruit," all I can suggest is that you can get there now, should you choose to. The intake of food is nothing more than a conscious decision; instruct yourself to eat only of fruit and it transpires so...
