Re: Question...
Fascinating , this that you say about the greeks, it would be nice to have the whole formula... I must tell you preventively that the menstrual blood is really very disgusting to drink. I do Urine therapy, but when I have the cycle I can't really stand drinking it, I've tried!
I've seen Mantak Chia the first time he came in Italy, and I know of his teachings. One of my dearest friends is an instructor of Mantak Chia, and I took myself a course on the Healing Sounds. Another very good teacher on these things is Michael Winn, who was formerly a student of Mantak Chia and then has continued on his own. I never practiced the taoistic tantra but what my friends told me is that the techniques of Mantak Chia are overly complicated. They mentioned some other book, but I really don't remember. For sure these practices work on Mantak, he's very powerful really.
I think there is great value in what Mantak Chia is doing, by diffusing to the great public practices that have been secret for centuries. There were good reasons for keeping them secret, taoists have been pursued for centuries because of the revolutionary potential of their practices. But now things have changed. Of course there are masters in China who can eat Mantak Chia in two bites, but they are inaccessible to us, basicly for problems of language and attitude.
Another unvaluable source is my personal myth, The Secret Of The Golden Flower. I plan to do a dark room practicing its technique to activate the light body. Some day, when I'm ready!
