Yes I have thought about it. I am just a little freaked out by it. i do enemas and seem to get lots of candida out when I do it. I have gotten very good at doing them and getting the fluid all the way up in the colon. I am confortable doing it at home. How much better is colonics? Have you done both? Cause I get an aweful lot of stuff out each time I do a enema, so I feel I am doing pretty good.
