The skin on my heels peeled off in big chunks when I first started a cleanse diet.
I changed over to the Candida diet and after being on it for 4 months the skin on my heels is healed :) I also put food grade castor oil on them, calendula lotion and an hour or so after I shower I use a foot buffer (you can buty them at beauty stores). The skin on my heels is still rough if I don't pamper them but then again, I've got a long way to go on the Candida diet yet.
