Hi Barry,
I really have enjoyed your posts, even though I haven't been very active in
this group for a while.
I was busy with cleansing, instead of the computer type stuff. I did a 40
day fast during Lent and then went into some deep colon cleansing using the
Yoga salt flush and soaked flax seeds. This has really been a cool
experience for me. I am very pleased with the results. I think it has been
long enough since doing these cleanses that I can safely do a liver flush.
I was very tempted to do a flush while fasting, but decided it would be too
hard on my body.
I will probably flush this weekend, IF my family doesn't plan anything that
will take me away from the toilet. :-)
Anyway, very glad you are doing well.
I would like to see your stone.
