On the Gerson program, cancer patients do 4 coffee enemas a day. And these very advanced, very weakened cancer patients do great with it. But they also take 13 8-oz fresh-squeezed vegetable juices a day too. That's what makes the coffee enemas safe -- replenishing the electrolytes lost by the coffee enemas with the vegetable juices.

The Gerson organization (www.gerson.org) recommends a ratio of 3 fresh-squeezed vegetable juices for each coffee enema.

I've come to suspect that the same benefits people get from Liver Flushes could be gotten with much less stress to the body through a program of coffee enemas and juices. Just a thought. Tweet
