Re: crystal singing bowls

I listen to a CD that contains the sound of
crystal singing bowls, every morning for
30 minutes. I've been doing that for almost
4 years.

The sound of the bowls is part of the Holosync
CDs. I find it very relaxing. The CD takes
me down into deep delta zone every morning.
In addition to the bowls, you hear the lovely
sound of running water.

I explained all about Holosync in a long
message that was posted to my CZ website.
I'll post the address at the end of this
response. I think it's in the Lifefstyle section.

However, Holosync is expensive. If you decide
not to buy your own crystal bowls, I'm sure
you can find an inexpensive CD somewhere that will reproduce the sounds of the bowls.
