metabolic therapy?

i'm doing a research on metabolic therapy.basically,my research is to know whether metabolic therapy is effective in curing cancer.i'm looking for some information from any experts in this field or anyone who had experienced this type of therapy.so, i have a few question here..

1- which types of cancer has been succesfully treated using metabolic therapy?

2- why is coffee enema not a recommended treatment for rectal or colon tumors?

3- which type of coffee is usually used for coffe enema?

4- is metabolic therapy widely used? could you name some of the countries that have accepted metabolic therapy as one of the methods in treating cancer?
