Well Butch I dont have any wonderful words of wisdom but I just want you to know that you truly are an inspiration and I'll be saying a prayer for you.
A couple things you might keep in mind is juiced wheatgrass and Dr. Budwig's cottage cheese/flaxoil regiment. (If my memory is right, it seems these are not in your current routine.)
You might also consider regular vigorous exercise (if you're not already doing it.).....something that will get your heart-rate up moderately high for at least 30 minutes several days a week. You mentioned the Brain Blood Barrier...could it be possible that a regular vigorous workout could increase the circulation and oxygen in your brain? Tom
