bile duct cancer technically liver cancer..please help

My sister in law was diagnosed with bile duct cancer it's a very rare cancer and it's spreaded through her lymph nodes, pancreas, liver, colon. doctors are saying cheomo wont help but she's going through therapy. They've given her 1 yr to live Her tumor is growing in the bile duct and Dr. Clark's book is very interesting but I don't think she can do it since it's blocking the bile duct to flush out the stones. If anyone knows about this rare cancer or survived it please let me know soon, we want to help her with alternatives if possiable. thank you
