Light exercise should be undertaken but certainly not heavy which includes running. When people do heavy exercise they create high levels of free radicals which over time kill them. Its a fact that many athletes/runner etc suffer from cardiovascular disease sometimes very early and again its free radicals. Exercise is important and should be at least 20 minutes a day. Nothing is better for you than walking at a reasonable pace.
