Re: Real information *UPDATE*
I also started doing a lot of things, but now, after learning more, it is almost obvious that getting to the basics is the best approach, and definitively, I don’t feel that relying on supplements for the rest of my live is the best way to get my health back. (Hippocrates had it right. (…let food be your medicine)).
I'm concerned about using artificial medicine. That's in part why I've stopped almost all of my supplements. (I’m still taking the enzymes, though…)
For instance, I'm concerned with the Wobenzyme after knowing that the pancreatin comes from pigs. How do they obtain the pancreatin from pigs?, What do they feed the animals? Is there cruelty involved?...
Also, I don't want to find myself in a consumer trend that stimulates inequity, misinformation and nasty processes to reach a final product. (are natural supplements may be taking the same road as allopathic medicine?).
I would be very educating to know more about why not depending on supplements is a correct health approach, and, as I asked before, to find out what the sources of many products are.
Seems to me that this is a hot and very important topic that can also be part of the cancer deb. forum.
