Re: Andy...You're doing GREAT!!!
First of all, I wnat to thank all the wonderful people of this forum and all the valuable advice.
Heres a view of my day:
I get up at 7, and have a glass of water + lemon, (sometimes I have it warm, to help the pancreas), and some times I have a glass of ozonated water.
Then, I use an elliptical walker for 15-20 min. Ideally I sweat. Wednesdays and Saturdays, I replace this exercice with a personal sauna.
Then, at 7.30 i drink a 2-4oz. of barly greens or wheatgrass, while doing the juice. at 7.40 I drink 1.5 pint of juice (as per presvious posting), this juice includes spirulina.
Then at 8, I have 1/4 of a papaya, and 10min after my breakfast. Sprouted bread, + hemp or almond butter, and rice milk + ground flax seeds. 5 min after I have 2 grams of Sodium ascorbate (vitc).
Then, 9.30 a glass of water, + cayenne
10 wobenzymes (4 now, (down from 6)) + glass of water
10.3 water + lemon
11 fruit 1/4 of a pineapple
11.3 more water
12 Salad + 2 spoons of flax seed oil, (lettuce, spinach..
12.10 Lunch : some cooked grain (chick peas, navy beans, quinoa, millet - soaked for 24 hours) + brown rice with lots of olive oil (now, I'm starting with sprouts, but, I'm not sure)
12.20 vit c (1 gram)
2 water
2.3 wobenzymes (4)
3 water + lemon
3.3 fruit (papaya 1/4)
4 water + (cayenne sometimes)
4.3 fruit (any type of fruit)
5 Wheatgrass or barley green
5.1 1.5 pint of juice (sometimes I keep the pulp of this juice to make an alkaline soup)
6.2 salad (with some alfalfa sprouts, or coconut oil flakes, ..
6.3 dinner : the same as lunch + alkaline soup
6.4 vitc
7.3 water + lemon or cayenne
8. water
8.3 water + wbzm.
9 -10 go to bed
I get up a couple of times at night. At these times I have water + lemon handy.
I wrote this time table and carry it in my wallet so I can remember what I have to do. I'm still improving and modifing as new info comes around.
I'm planning to de-parasite.
An ozonator is always running at home.
I'm getting a dehydrator to make fiber cookies and croutons with the juice pulp.
Looking for good and practical ionizers.
I make sure that the RH around is always at least 35%. (Very important).
I recently started with sprouts, but my wife and I have been nauseated for hours after eating.
We are felling that is better to learn more about sprouts, and then, organize a better protocol.
I follow parts of the blood O+ blood diet.
I'm reducing wobenzymes. I dont want to keep supplements if not necesary. I have more that two drawers still full of supplements. One in particular, milk thistle, is worth to mantain. (instead I'm
juicing a lot of dandelion). Any suggestions?
I hope this post helps,
Andy
