Re: Liver/gall cleanse or not?

the best time is immediately after the fast.

The longer fast, the stronger flush.

That way, the flush will be strongest possible, beacuse you have not been eating fats for 12 days, and if you now take a lot of fat, liver will produce huge amount of bile and that bile will flush everything on it's way.
