Sand or sludge or chaff?

I have a question. Is sand the same thing as sludge? Is it also the same thing as chaff?

When I have done flushes, I have not always gotten out stones, either. I have gotten out some kind of crud. I read about sludge in a gall bladder and wondered if that is what came out.

Also, I did my cleanse a couple of days ago and yesterday (this is gross) I had a green BM. I don't know why this happened. It freaked me out. I didn't anything green. I also didn't drink my fourth drink of ES because it really gives me diarreha and no stones. Everything that happens usually happens after the third ES drink in the morning. I wondered if it could have been from gall stone green left over from the cleanse that I didn't get out? Do you know. It was a little scary.
