cavities and amalgam removals, advice needed

I live around NYC area
I have large cavities in my old Amalgam filled teeth. so I have to remove these Amalgams and fix the cavities. Actualy I wanted to wait with the Amalgam removal thing until I will finish to breastfeed, but because these teeth needed immediate treatment, i went ahead to treat them.
my dentist in NYC is holistic dentist.

her name is Dr. Elmira Gadol DMD.

I hope she does it right:
she minimally uses drill to loosen the Amalgam covernig the tooth, then she uses small tweezers to remove the amalgam in as big pieces as possible. a vaccum is by my mouth all time.

but she doesn't use rubber dam or use alternative breathing source for my nose. she replaces the amalgam feelings with white composite fillings
(she claims them metal free. when she took low dosage digital x ray, I saw my teeth: with the amalgam were solid white stains, and the one tooth with the composite (she previously treated it last year)was less white, while the regular teeth were even less white)

after the amalgam was removed from one tooth, she gave me water with chlorella to rinse my mouth. then she used water/laser drill to remove the decayed tooth parts.

When I was with my old dentist (who used large amalgam filins in my teeth) he used old fashioned drill that shaked all my face bone structures, which feels different when Dr Gadol drilled, gentle drill.

so far my left 2 top teeth (first and second molars)were almost dead because of large filing and one tooth broke so she saved them with large composite filling bonding and homeopatic medicine applied. she said if the teeth hurt after the treatment it means the tooth is dead and it needs to be either extracted or done root canal. she worked so hard with both these teeth, about 1 hour and half. Thank God both teeth were saved.
and I am grateful to her for working so hard trying to help

I wonder if its done right, and that I am not damaged further...
after the dental treatments I got skin rash in my face that cleared up couple of months after one amalgam removal. (and got rash now after that second amalgam removed)

after one tooth, I didn't come back for long while because I found out I was pregnant. I had the baby 4 months ago
so i returned last week for the second cavity/amalgam removal.

she gave me pills of chlorella.

now I have 2 more teeth with old Amalgams and cavities, but not as damaged as the 2 first treated teeth. (both sides bottom second molars)

shall I continue going to her, or do you recommend going to another dentist? so far i am satisfied but I just want to make sure my brain isn't damaged from any vapor?
(with my old dentist when I visited him for cavities in the teeth he put Amalgams in the past, it was obviously vapor, when he was drilling my old fillings my mouth tasted metalic and I smelled metal all over, then he qould put new amalgam)

if you recommend another dentist, where can I find hal huggins dentist? what about the price?
help!
