Epsom Salts are not at all like Sea Salt or table salt s! ES is magnesium sulphate a mineral used only in the gallbladder liver flush, never as a seasoning! Sea Salt comes un refined and un ionized unlike table salt which is refinsd and processed!! Sea Salt has many minerals plus sodium that gives it its seasoning qualities! However Sea salt is used as a supplemnt or as an anti viral in some cases or can be used as a seasoning condiment!
