What are you're thoughts on using Olive oil?

Following the Gerson Therapy means that no oil is permitted.

I've been eating organic, vegan for about 3 wks now, but find it difficult to do any of the cooked dishes without oil.

Is it a complete no no to have a tiny bit of organic olive oil ?

Any feedback would be really appreciated.
