Question regarding cancer

I have sevral different questions.

If you suspected brain cancer, would these alternative medicines help in the reduction of the brain cancer?

If you had Psoriasis on different locations of your body, would that mean that somewhere near the points of the Psoriasis is there cancer present? Or is it a precancerous issue? Especially if you never had Psoriasis before, ever in your life.

I understand having psoriasis does nt neccesarily mean you have cancer but if you never had it before and all of a sudden had it isnt there a greater chance for cancer?
