Re: Essiac: what went wrong?

I made Essiac carefully following the instructions on the proportions to be used and the water, but turned up with the most thick 'Goop' you could ever imagine!
There was no liquid left because the herbs had absorbed all the water in the 12 hours!
So as not to throw it away, I poured some boiling water on some of the Essiac to make myself a few cups of tea. Where on earth did I go wrong?
