Lack of Confidence

Why people can not cure cancer in the U.S. is because of the lack of confidence. People don,t not know what to take in the first place, how much, for how long, and the estimated time for recovery with the substances. People in World War II had malaria in the south pacific, and died of it, and at the same time the britains had been using olive leaf for about 100 years to alleviate malaria.
