Don't forget rice polishing to.


Polishing the outer shell, used in days of old to polish the deck of ships, contains all your B Vitamins.
But don't forget, if you have been very stressed of late, you might have used up all your body's store of B Vitamins, and should replace them with a sublingual source as well.

So the Bran or Germ and the Polishing's are good for you but leave the rice out of it.
Let's all hope we can get a good source that has not been laced with estrogen.

And let's not forget to take enough Vit C in the form of Acidic Acid for Optimum Health and remain sick free.
