If it's right above your collar bone in line with your cheeks it could be a swollen lymph node. Swelling without pain may indicate some sort of infection. If you're tired all the time, have you considered chronic fatigue syndrome? I don't think it's cancer. My experience is that cancer is really hard to the touch. Tweet
