Hi there,
I'm on day 12 I read on the Ask Shelley Forum I believe to adjust the salt a bit to make it take effect. So I did .
Instead of two teaspoons per quart, I upped it too 2 rounded teaspoons. It really worked! Adjust the salt a bit ,see what happened. Your body won't retain the salts so it should be fine.
