Re: Should I cleanse when I have a cold?

What about if getting over bronchitis? I feel fine I just am still coughing some....I stopped Antibiotics yesterday & would like to do a cleanse on Saturday. I have no fever etc just still have my cough occasionally.

Also, I just got a book called Super Detox by Michael Van Stratan...he has a 1, 2 or 3 day cleanse for health in his book is it ok to do one of these after the liver detox?
