Hot German guy who's leaving vs 3 year relationship

Hi I met this really hot german guy at my school, he is an International student. At first I wasn't attracted to him at all but things have changed. I was at a gathering with him actually it was a boat cruise for Prom and things just started to get interesting. We flirted a bit and now I am totally smitten. The thing is he's leaving in less than a month back to Germany. I feel like I would like something to happen, but feel obligated to my boyfriend. Even though we are deciding to split in less than a month. I feel like my time is runny out with the German guy and almost feel like just doing it. But I can't imagine betraying my boyfriend. But is it really that bad if we are planning to split up soon anyways and I will never see the German guy again since he's leaving the country. I don't necessarily want to sleep with him just spend some time together and maybe make out. I am really torn and I need some feedback. HELP Tweet
