I have been meaning to contact you but have been very busy.

My wife wanted all my stuff out of the other house - she's making room to move her new boyfriend in!

I have decided to start another cleanse - this time to get rid of a lot of emotional toxins. So I will be back on the forum later this week.

I am still sober and have even been able to lose some more weight! I am down to 250 and stable now.

I work out out at the YMCA everyday for a few hours and go for a 5 mile walk in the evening - fresh air and all.

I have good days and bad days, but they are getting better.
