he's changed!!....advice needed!!

hi, my problem is that when me and my boyfriend first went out, and during the first few months he was really sweet and gave me little surprises and wanted to see me as often as he could.
not only this but i hurt him a few times coz i told little white lies now and again to spare his feelings, and when he would find out about them he would be gutted. He also didnt like the idea i had a couple of pictures of brad pitt knocking about, so i got rid of them. telling this to show that he was sensative.
Anyway now, its different, there is a huge difference in the texts he sends me, they are still sweet, but not as romantic as they used to be. recently he has told little lies himself when in the beginning he would never have thought about doing that. He has basically done things which he would (A) hate me doing and (B) would never have thought about doing a few months back.
I dont know if this has anything to do with it but he moved from his parents house to a flat with 2 other lads, since this he has seemed a little different, like how i have described. This could be why but i dont know how to make things better. If he keeps changing for the worst i will be put in a horrible situation!
I have tried telling him how i feel and he knows i think he has changed in this way. however he wont change back, and it just seems to be getting worse. Is there anything i can do to make it less like he is taking me for granted? I just want my old baby back!! any advice? I'd really appreciate it!!
