Eliminate the chat forum

I believe the chat forum is rarely used and I imagine that if some new person visits there first that they would have a negative view of the cure zone.

Also..if you want people to chat...make current chatters visible in the start up page...in a little window and make the start chatting a prominent button...if you really want peeps to chat....? Just a tfew thoughts..
