Hi, am not sure what is the most appropriate title but I was wondering if we could have a forum on toning/tighterning of muscles and all that is necessary for it- in terms of amount of pretein, right sources of protein, how much weight are good enough, the reglarity with which weights must be done and any other ideas.
I understand that there may be more people like me wanting information on how to convert loose mass of flesh into well toned muscles.
