Thank you so kindly for your reply and concern. I was able to get the telephone number of the supplier (countrybaskets@earthlink.net) and was able to speak to a truly nice guy and his wife. Apparently these folks live in the outback of Ohio and were relying upon the others to process their orders for them. The other folks hadn't been paying their bills and the plug was pulled on the website. The chastizing I received for not understanding 'the rules' of your website left me with a bad taste in my mouth about the whole concept of curezone and left me wondering about non-commercial aspects of the site. I was basically told to grow up and quit complaining and my loss of money was of no signifigance. I was merely venting (something that apparently is not allowed) and will be careful in the future the 'never blerb a discouraging word' on your website. I did receive an answer from the website and felt the issue resolved. I am grown and do realize that others don't really give a care about my insignifigant worries.
