Sjogren Syndrome

Has anyone had experience with Siogren's syndrome? It's an auto-immune disease in which the exocrine glands stop producing mucous and lubricant liquids: dry mouth, dry eyes, dry vagina; the tubules carrying the tears-saliva etc, get clogged and fibrous, and the immune system eats up one's own glands. It can develop into arthritis, tooth cavities and decay, eyes breaking, tongue breaking, lung fibrosis, kidney fibrosis and failure, heart condition, etc. Awful. Medicine does not know a cure or treatment. I have lots of mercury fillings in my teeth and I wonder whether this is the cause.
Do you know of any succesful treatments?
