unfortunately, this is nothing that I can help with.
CureZone is not associated with any business, nor we have any contact with any business. CureZone doesn't sell anything, and we have no control over any web site or any business that our members are using.

If you order a book from amazon.com or from bn.com, and you never get the book, you can't blame CureZone for suggesting you to get it from that web site. We simply suggest things that work for most people, but most never means everybody, and we can nevre know what future can bring.

Sometimes things just don't happen the way they are planned or expected.

I went to read the Ask Barefoot forum and I found this thread explains what may have affected your account, and the reason why your card was charged twice:

Sounds like you will have to wait until the problems are resolved and until money is back on your account.
There are far worse things in life then waiting for money or for products.
