medication error

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any deaths caused by remeron. My 14yr old son was given this when in the hospital for chemotherapy for leukemia. He had 1 more tx to go and was in remission. We had packed to go home and then his organs began to shut down from the remeron. We are in litigation with the doctor who is using his decreased immune system as an excuse. His oncologist and the nicu doctors are testifying in our favor. Derrick had done so well before this medication-given to help him deal w/the leukemia. The psychiatrist evaled him in less than 5 minutes and prescribed this immediately--I thought all I had to worry about was cancer, not an anti-depressant. This med is also contraindicated for children. The doctor has already been found neglegent. How do I get the word out? So Derrick didn't die in vain.
