My formerly homeschooled children are in a charter school now, but I'm not waiting till they challenge me on the "shot records" to be armed and prepared. This and other sites give me the "ammo" I need to effectively protect my children.

BTW, all the webs I've seen that offer affidavit forms for vaccine exception requests charge a fee. Do you know what is needed for any such affidavit? Thanks. Tweet
