SKIN

Hi there:
I am a 36 yr old previously professionally employed female in the milwaukee area who is currently indigent and heavy cocaine abuser.
I first noticed this NCS with the presence of skin lesions. Currently I am suffering from internal and external infestation of parasitic nature, which stems, I believe from the fibrous matter clearly seen most prevalently in my mucous membranes. These fibers have a base attachment and move subcutaneously. Currently they are heavily affecting the edges of, and go deeper into, my nose, eyes, teeth. If I apply Neosporin Plus(containing a lidocaine type chemical) to the interior of my nose and around gumline, I can pull off some of the fibers. They are getting INTO my teeth but are basing themselves in the gums. My whole face is affected, they travel and adapt quickly.

Anyway, this may be attracting the mites, bedbugs, etc. which also plague me. My head hair "attacks" me by winding around my face attempting to enter my mouth, eyes, nose. It really sucks and I am resigned to the fact that as a drug abuser (which in this society automatically deems your opinions and statements moot), I will eventually die from this. Since my 20s my skin started acting up with deep pustules forming on my face and easing as my menses approached, with full clearing on menstrual onset. Then they came back. The spots where a "zit" would not go away, sometimes for years, have now become "bases" for the fibers. So I cannot say for certain whether the drug abuse, by frying out the nerve endings, caused the syndrome or not, as I have only began hardcore cocaine usage (smoking, shooting) in the past five years.

These fibers DO NOT like the cocaine/related chemicals; and as a catch 22, my habit may cause/contribute; but then again, I take a monster hit and the buggers want to escape my skin. This is when quick drying clear nail polish applied to the edge of the nose and
around gumline comes in very handy, I can pull off tons of shit.
