You know, you can do the liver cleanse (same as the gallbladder cleanse) even if you don't have any symptoms. It will amaze you the stones you will have. I had a 30 year old employee who said she didn't have any stones. She did the cleanse and, now, she is a believer! If you have allergies, they will improve. You skin will improve---clearer and softer!! You will sleep better, too.

But, don't expect miracles with the lst cleanse. It may take several times. You didn't accumulate the stones overnight, so they won't disappear overnight.

Just read everything on this website. I use Dr. Clark's Liver Flush method. Each person has their own method, so just read and find out what is best for you. I found it in April, have done six cleanses and have never felt better in my life!!
