i am new to this forum and am overwhelmed by the suggestions and information, its fantastic.
i have had Psoriasis since i was 18 i am now 28. its on scalp and face. i have some spots on my back and also on my lower legs. the psoiasis on my face comes and goes sunlight may have something to do with that.
i understand that Psoriasis is connected to the digestive system but never tried to do anything about this. i am going to start eating a more balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg. however i am not sure what supplements/herbs etc i should add.
if there were 3 things i should add to my diet today what would they be?
suggestions welcome.
