LINGERING scalp psoriasis?

I'm tired of "professionals" who don't tell me anything helpful. Time to turn to the masses and those who might share my problem. I'm a 30 year old male and a couple years ago I was diagnosed with scalp psoriasis. Started as bad dandruff and worked it's way up to some pretty nasty stuff. I've tried everything. Only Olux works. My question is this: does anybody else's scalp Psoriasis refuse to go away for any decent length of time? The Olux works but within a month of not using it BAM!! it's back. Each times it comes back, there's a new section of scalp involved. This has been going on for about 1-1/2, almost two years now. I know it's a "stubborn" thing but mine seems to be constant. It's been freaking me out and now I've got a spot on my shin that's just as stubborn. Can anyone help?!? Thanks all!
