Psoriasis Cure - Help

I'm new to this forum and just getting acquainted, so I appologize if this has been thoroughly discussed. I have a family member who has had Psoriasis for 6 years now, believing that there is no cure because the "psoriasis" clinic, who do the laser treatments have said there is no cure. So on and off they go to the clinic and have their laser treatments and after a few weeks look like they have been in fake-and-bake. It's disgusting, I'm sorry.

I'd like to know if anyone out there has a comprehensive CURE program that they have followed with 100% success. What needs to be done?
