Psoriasis, Xylitol, Candida & Leaky Gut.

The non-sugar sweetener, Xylitol, has antiseptic properties. My friend used it on one of her legs with cocoanut oil that never helped before. The redness was reduced as was the itching! Let's attack this from the inside out, though. Xylitol can also reduce gut bugs when used internally. So add this to your herbal tea and heal up Leaky Gut.

Whack back the Candida that may causing Leaky Gut with Caprylic Acid and heal up the holes with R-Alpha Lipoic Acid, R form available on the internet. Eat Knox gelatin or Apple Pectin (jelly making section of supermarket) or Slippery Elm tea or Thayer's tablets 1/2 hours before meals to tone down mucosal irritation, reactivity and permeability. At minimum drink water 1/2 hour before meals to hydrate the mucosa. Take Biotin occasionally to stop Candida proliferation.

Use a tsp. of Xylitol crystals (Jarrow) in 8 oz. of water to dress irritated areas as it is antiseptic. Boost the Xylitol's antiseptic activity with Silver Colloid if you have it. Check out the Colloidal Silver forum for do-it-yourself Silver Colloid. Make the Silver Colloid with distilled water, pure silver rods, and three nine volt batteries, then add the Xylitol.

Try Pancreatin or meat tenderizer and water/Xylitol on your scalp to dissolve scalp yeast/fungus. The scalp is the only skin area in which Candida the yeast/fungus can directly invade from the outside.

Avoid fake fats like margarine, hydrogenated peanut butter, fried foods, that make weak lipoprotein bonds and aggravates Leaky Gut Syndrome. Avoid sugars and sweet fruits and vegetables although bananas will foster good gut health, feeding friendly gut flora from supplements like Bifida. God bless! Let us know how this works!
