Questions regarding the theory of Leak Gut Syndrome

For all Psoriatic, if the Leaky Gut Syndrome is a common denominator, can there be any medical exam (CT etc) checking the intestine to verify that? That seems to be easy to do in todays' medical equipment capability.

If verified, why not surgically correct that? Just some thought.

Also what is the course of Psoriasis? my symptom is just keep flaring up. When is the end? I have heard Psoriasis go through several stages, progressive stage, remission stage, and relaps stage. Are there statistical study to tell us the average time of each stage?

After visiting several dermatologist, I am convinced why dermatologist can not cure this, they don't care, they give you steriod easily since that is what they know will work. This is a disease we have to find remedy ourselves.
