I didn't mean to give the idea that your question wasn't worthwhile! As Spirit says, Psoriasis is from the same cause no matter where it shows up on the body. Eczema is from the same cause as well, its body type differences that make one or the other disease show up, and the placement in the body as well. The eczema forum has lots of great info too. If you have any questions after reading on, please post.
