Re: Salt

Craving for salt in diet is a common sign of mineral deficiency related to malnutrition (poor diet).

People who consume refined/processed salt (salt with additives = poor diet) suffer from mineral deficiency that manifest itself in craving for salt and craving for minerals.

Too much salt in diet is not good. Too much refined/processed/treated salt in diet is bad, it can kill you, it can damage kidneys and adrenal glands, and it can be a cofactor in psoriasis.

It is not salt alone that is bad, it is additives that are harmfull, and the fact that salt is missing other minerals.
