Raw Milk - Psoriasis

So I read a lot on raw real milk from grass fed cows.

http://www.realmilk.com/milkcure.html

I found a farmer that sells fresh, unpasterozied, unhommogized, real grass fed cow milk. I pay $4 per galloon and pick it up once a week. It taste great.

(am I a horrible speller or what :)

The problem is I use to read: http://www.notmilk.com/ and http://www.madcowboy.com/ too. But since they were talking about processed, pasteurized, hommogized milk, I thought the milk cure will be ok.

But now I have cramps in my gut and diarrhea
I want to believe the above milk cure works. I want to believe that real milk is full of healthy flora and the medium chain proteins are beneficial to me.

But I am a human, not a cow. I am an adult not an infant.

The raw milk cure and the notmilk guys conflict here. What is a guy to do?

Any advice? Please don't tell me raw milk is dangerous because of samilia and such. I believe the milk industry spreads that propeganda.

If you read the above raw milk cure http://www.realmilk.com/milkcure.html it sounds hopeful for psoriasis.

From a guy with Psoriasis and now dairy stomach cramps.
