The vinegar you want will have "mother". It looks like scum. Shake the bottle before using it. The good vinegar is apple cider vinegar. It is raw and unfiltered and is reddish colored, not clear. Heinze vinegar from the grocery store is not the one you want. (it is good to use for mop water or cleaning) I use Bragg's. I cannot help you with your honey question because I am not familiar with what you are talking about. Maybe some one else will help you. If no one answers you, post again. However, I would say that probably what ever you are using the honey for you would want pure honey, not one that is blended with any thing.
